Cheesecake Easter Eggs

These cheesecake Easter eggs are the most fun dessert you’ll make this spring! A crispy chocolate shell hides a rich Zdenka cheese cream, creating the perfect surprise that kids (and adults too) will love.

Ingredients

Ingredients

For the base:

  • 120 g biscuits
  • 125 g Zdenka butter
  • 1 tablespoon honey

For the cream:

  • 250 g Zdenka fresh cheese (for eating and baking)
  • 300 g Zdenka Original cream cheese spread
  • 100 g powdered sugar
  • 250 ml heavy cream
  • 1 packet bourbon vanilla or vanilla sugar

Other:

  • Medium-sized chocolate eggs
  • Decoration as desired
Preparation
  1. Preparing the chocolate eggs: To prevent the chocolate egg from cracking, briefly dip a knife in boiling water and wipe it dry. Carefully cut the egg in half along its seam.

  2. Making the base: Mix the melted Zdenka butter with crushed biscuits and honey until you get a uniform mixture.

  3. Preparing the cream: In a bowl, use a mixer to combine the fresh cheese, cream cheese, powdered sugar, heavy cream, and bourbon vanilla until you get a firm and smooth cream.

  4. Filling: Place the biscuit base into each half of the chocolate egg and press it down firmly. Then fill the eggs to the top with the prepared cream and smooth the surface.

  5. Chilling and decoration:
Refrigerate the filled eggs for at least 2 hours, ideally overnight. Before serving, decorate as desired.
