Zdenka Cheesecake

The perfect dessert that combines a rich, creamy layer of cheese and a crispy biscuit crust, often topped with fresh fruit or chocolate, creating a luxurious dessert that satisfies all the senses.

Biscuit:

  • 200 g Petit Beure biscuits
  • 50 g Zdenka butter
  • 3 spoons of sugar

Cream 1:

  • 500 g of fresh Zdenka cheese
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 lemon
  • 5 spoons of sugar

Cream 2:

  • 400 g of sour cream 20% 
  • 1 vanilla sugar
  • 4 spoons of sugar

Grind the biscuits and add sugar and butter to the mixture. Make the mixture by hand and put it in a cake mold with a diameter of 26 cm. Put in the preheated oven to 200 degrees. After that, reduce the temperature to 170 and bake for another 3-4 minutes.

Add eggs, sugar and lemon juice to the cheese and mix further. Slowly pour the mixture over the baked dough and return to the oven at 170°C for about 20 minutes. Mix the sour cream, vanilla sugar and sugar and slowly pour it over the finished yellow cream, then return it to the switched off (but still warm) oven and leave it until the oven cools down. Store in the refrigerator and leave for a couple of hours for the cream to fully set.

Decorate as desired.
