Čardaš cheeseburger is an irresistible combination of a juicy beef steak, melted cheese and fresh vegetables, perfectly arranged in a soft bun.

First, prepare the meat. Add salt and pepper to the meat and mix well. Taste, and add more salt if needed. Form patties so that each one has 200g. Wash the salad and separate the leaves for the burger. Cut the tomato into slices. Cut the burger buns in half, then toast them briefly in the toaster. Spread butter on the still warm pastries. Heat 3 tablespoons of oil in a pan. Bake the prepared patties for 3 minutes on each side. After grilling on each side, put 2 slices of Zdenka Čardaš cheese on each patty, cover with a lid and let it melt for 1 minute. On the lower part of the burger bun, place two lettuce leaves, a hot patty, 4 slices of tomato, 1.5 teaspoons of mayonnaise, fried crispy onions and the upper part of the burger bun. Serve warm..
