Easter Linzers
Linzers, biscuits conected with marmalade, are an indispensable part of every holiday table.

Combine sugar, egg yolks, lemon zest, lemon juice, baking powder, vanilla sugar and Zdenka butter at room temperature with a mixer. Add 500 g of flour to the combined ingredients and knead by hand. Wrap the dough in transparent film and put it in the refrigerator for an hour. Divide the dough into quarters and roll it out. Use molds as desired. Bake the linzers at 180 C for about 7 minutes. Sprinkle them with powdered sugar and combine with apricot jam.
