MUJADARA:
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 4 onions
- 1 cup lentils
- 1 cup basmati rice
- 1/2 liter water
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Cumin
- Parsley
- Bay leaf
- Oat yogurt (for serving, optional)
CHOCOLATE CHEESE MOUSSE:
- 500 g Zdenka cottage cheese
- 20 g cocoa powder
- 50 g almonds
- 10 g chia seeds
- 1 tsp sweetener of choice
- 10 g raisins soaked in liqueur
