Bundt cake

An irresistible Bundt cake.

  • 300 grams of flour
  • 250 grams of sugar
  • Half a baking powder
  • 2 cups of freshly squeezed orange juice
  • peel of one orange
  • the peel of one lemon
  • 6 eggs
  • a pinch of salt

 

Mix the dry ingredients in a bowl (flour, sugar, baking powder). Add to the dry mixture and mix the orange juice, orange peel and lemon. Add egg yolks to the mixture. Then mix the egg whites with a pinch of salt in another bowl. Add to the yellow mixture and gently combine the egg whites.

Pour the mixture into the mold (without adding oil or fat to the mold). Put in the oven at 150 degrees for an hour.

After it is removed from the oven, place the mold on the cups and turn upside down to cool for at least an hour. Gently separate the cake from the mold with a spatula to make it easier to take out.
